01 / THE ROLE

WHAT YOU'LL
BE DOING

Building and maintaining quality link building for the company's projects.

Duties

Sourcing donor sites in the relevant GEOs and buying links directly from webmasters and through link marketplacesAnalyzing completed link building campaigns and identifying ways to improve themCommunicating with webmasters to secure better cooperation termsDelivering a set volume of backlinks (mostly outreach and other link types)Preparing and overseeing tasks for freelancersCompetitor analysisMonitoring link placement and link health (link viability)Testing new link building hypotheses and finding new sources for link placementReporting on completed tasks and results

Requirements

1+ year of link building (outreach) experience in a grey niche (iGaming preferred)Understanding of search engine algorithms and principles, plus basic website ranking factorsUnderstanding of how link marketplaces and their algorithms workUnderstanding of site evaluation criteria for link building, with the ability to independently identify a suitable donor for link placementKnowledge of Excel, Google Docs, and their formulasExperience finding donors through competitor backlink analysis, and the ability to find local links for specific tasksConfident Ahrefs userExperience with outreach mailing and automation tools (Snov.io, etc.)Experience working with freelancers: setting briefs, checking the quality of their work, and sourcing freelancersEnglish at Intermediate level or aboveExperience working with ChatGPT
